1. This privacy policy [Policy] is applicable to Users of the website www.detal.No1premium.pl. Any and all terms used in this Policy written in capital letters shall have the same meaning as granted to them in the regulations available on the foregoing website.
2. In order to perform the obligation to provide information, arising from Article 13 (1) and (2) and Article 14 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (popularly referred to as the “GDPR”), we hereby inform that the controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the: “Controller”) is Sopot Beverages sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk at the address: ul. 4. While using the Website, the User may be asked for provision of some of his/her personal data, such as first name, last name, date of birth, age, email address, login and address of residence as well as address of delivery, hereinafter referred to as the: “Data”).
5. Your Data shall be processed by us to:
   1. perform the Sale Agreement and to perform its provisions properly,
   2. fulfil our legal obligations, including accounting, fiscal obligations arising from performance of the Agreement,
   3. manage, administer and conduct our activities, develop our activities and services i.e. achieve our legitimate interests.
6. If you give an express consent to this, the Data shall also be processed by us for marketing purposes, for sending commercial information, for examining Customer satisfaction.
7. Your Data, within the scope described in points a and b, above, shall be processed by us for the whole term of the Sale Agreement. After cessation of the Agreement, the Data processed by us shall be stored for the period required to achieve the objective for which it has been collected (including, in accordance with requirements of binding legal provisions and regulations). In the absence of concrete legal requirements, regulatory or contractual requirements, the period of storage shall not exceed 10 years.
8. In some situations, we will have the right to provide your Data to third parties. This Data shall be provided by us solely:
   1. to entities cooperating with us and processing data upon our order exclusively within the necessary scope,
   2. to entities entitled to obtain it based on binding law.
9. Your Data shall not be provided to a third country i.e. outside the area of the European Union and the European Economic Area.
10. Under the principles specified in the GDPR at all times you have the right to demand from us the access to your Data, the right to rectify it, erase it or limit the processing thereof, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
11. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you find that the processing of data breaches the provisions on the protection of personal data.
12. Your Data shall be/shall not be processed in the automated manner (including profiling).
13. Within the scope in which the User’s Data is placed on the User Account, its change or erasure may be carried out by the User on his/her own in the section “My account” on the User Account or he/she may file a request to Sopot Beverages as an operator of the Website for introduction of relevant modifications.  Erasure of the personal data from the User Account will make it impossible to perform the post-sale processes and results in erasure of the User Account. The User Account erased once cannot be activated again.
14. Some areas of the Website may use Cookies files i.e. text files of small size sent to the User’s computer, identifying him/her in the manner necessary for simplification or annulment of a given operation. Cookies files are harmless to the User’s computer. Their acceptance by the User’s internet browser and non-deletion of them from the disc shall be the condition for Cookies to function.
